After living in downtown San Francisco's concrete jungle for so many years, I am thrilled with what Rebar is doing. They are taking metered parking spaces and turning them into little parks. I would happily pay my $2/hour "rent" to park my ass and enjoy a pretty San Francisco day downtown.
