Robert Seidel has just sent us information on his latest work, these living paintings in Jena, Germany seem to me to be physical manifestations of the internal contents. Makes me understand how dull and dumb most exteriors are, and how irrelevant they are to the ideals or contents of the building, just a thought. Thanks Robert.

This low-budget video was made by Robert Seidel exclusively within just 2 _ weeks for the planned DVD of Zero 7’s “The Garden”. The director was invited to produce a clip for the track “Futures”, because of his award winning experimental movie _grau.
The video visualizes crushed objects representing a diffuse future of wishes and desires which shape over time. Visible artefacts and the rough synchronisation add subtle emotions to the uncertain process… Side note: Another video for the song was commissioned and got directed by Duckeye, as this one was too uncommercial…
